~Summer Job Opportunity~
We are looking to add a few more people to our Rental Inspection Team! The job will include traveling around Topsail Island to inspect vacation homes after they have been cleaned. Attention to detail is necessary along with the ability to communicate, use a Smartphone App, and climb multiple stairs throughout the day. Supplies and training will be provided.
***REQUIRED: Every Saturday, 10am to 6pm, May-Sept***
***Pay: $20-$40 per house -- typically 5-10 houses scheduled per Saturday***
-Must be 18 or older
-Must have a valid Drivers License
-Must have personal, reliable transportation
-Must have a Smart Phone
-Must be able to do multiple flights of stairs each day (majority of our rental homes DO NOT have elevator accessibility and can be 3 flights of stairs in each home)
-Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
