Job Summary
As a Whataburger Team Member, you will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. This position includes FOH and BOH responsibilities, and all team members are cross-trained to support the full operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Support kitchen operations and food preparation
- Handle cash accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory management
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check for airport badge clearance
- Must have two valid government-issued IDs in excellent condition
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including:
- Early morning shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Closing shifts based on last flight*
- Friday–Sunday availability required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport
- Must live within 25 miles of DFW Airport
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to reach, bend, and move throughout the assigned work area and airport
