Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Part Time Bartender/Server- this is a tipped position also - where your energetic personality and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will make and serve beverages, serve food with enthusiasm, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems .
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, provide gaming services to cuustomers, and offer customer service on and offsale.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills, tips, and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights.
Experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods.
- Experience in serving alcohol ( will be willing to train the right canidate) responsibly while adhering to all applicable liquor laws and food safety standards.
- Knowledge of math, cash handling procedures,
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction.
