Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing customers in person to discuss products and services
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Learn and present product information to help customers make informed decisions
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and answer questions promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
