Magic Smiles For Kids is seeking an outstanding and motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our growing practice. This position can be both part-time and full-time. The ideal candidate should be a highly skilled and experienced dentist who is passionate about providing excellent dental care to our patients. We are a private pediatric dental office with tremendous growth and earning potential as our patient base is expanding.
Compensation: Starting from $1100-$1200/day based on experience OR 40% percentage of production, whichever is higher
Full-time dentists will cover Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Part-time dentists will cover one or more of the days listed above.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular thorough examinations, preventive care, restorative treatments, and minor surgical procedures on newborns, young children and adolescents
- Create comprehensive treatment plans and communicate them to patients and parents.
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing oral health concerns
- Educate patients and parents on the importance of oral health and hygiene
- Follow established practice protocols, including infection control and safety measures
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry practices and technologies
Qualifications
- Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution
- Experience practicing pediatric dentistry
- License to practice dentistry in the state of New York
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software
- Strong understanding of pediatric dentistry for treating young patients
