We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Electrician Apprentice/Helper to join our dynamic electrical team. Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with electrical systems installation, wiring, conduit bending, and conduit installation on construction sites or commercial facilities
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support project execution
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for electrical work tasks
- Support the installation of low voltage systems and commercial electrical systems in compliance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards
- Conduct basic electrical testing with tools such as ohmmeters to ensure system integrity and troubleshoot issues
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection logs and project reports
Skills
- Prior experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician work is a plus
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams confidently
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and adherence to safety protocols on construction sites or industrial environments
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, conduit benders, and other electrical equipment
- Understanding of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) requirements for wiring and installations
- Experience working with low voltage systems and basic electrical troubleshooting techniques
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
