Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable In-Home ABA Therapist (Behavior Technician) to work directly with children diagnosed with autism in their home environment. Therapists will implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA and support skill acquisition across communication, social, and daily living domains.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide 1:1 therapy in the client’s home
- Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured session environment
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors
- Attend required training and supervision sessions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
