Key Responsibilities
- Pick and package fence parts according to the bill of materials
- Assist in the fabrication of gates, panels, and related components
- Unload and inspect incoming materials and deliveries
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, trucks, and other equipment
- Safely and efficiently load trucks and trailers, ensuring proper load size and weight distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, yard, and delivery vehicles
- Deliver materials using a trailer
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements & Equipment Use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to safely use various shop equipment and tools, including but not limited to ladders, carts, pallet jacks, and related equipment
- Shop teammates trained in forklift operation who drive as a primary/essential duty — or serve as backup forklift operators — must maintain current training and operate equipment safely at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
