We're looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrative Assistance / Office Services Technician to help keep our office running efficiently. In this role, you'll support daily office operations, meeting and event coordination, facilities maintenance, mail services, inventory management, and front desk coverage while ensuring a professional experience for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities
- Maintain the appearance and organization of conference rooms, kitchenettes, workspaces, and common areas.
- Set up and break down meeting rooms for conferences, trainings, client meetings, and office events.
- Assist with office moves, workstation setup, office improvements, and construction-related projects.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for office equipment.
- Work with building management and maintenance teams to resolve facility needs.
Meetings, Events & Hospitality
- Coordinate room setup, catering, vendors, beverages, and cleanup for meetings and events.
- Support leadership with meeting logistics and conference room preparation.
- Assist with large-scale office events, including attendee support and basic audio/visual equipment setup.
- Help organize both on-site and off-site meetings and training sessions.
Mail, Shipping & Office Supplies
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing shipments using various shipping carriers.
- Maintain employee mailbox assignments and mail recipient lists.
- Monitor and restock office, kitchen, and supply inventories across multiple office areas.
Employee & Guest Support
- Prepare workstations for new employees.
- Assist with employee workstation clean-up during offboarding.
- Process employee badge and professional photos.
- Provide front desk coverage during lunch breaks by greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting guests.
- Support employees, leadership, vendors, and visitors with general office service requests.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Must qualify for and maintain company driving privileges.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
