Job Description:
We are seeking a mid level Estate Planning & Elder Law Paralegal to join our growing Columbus-based law firm. This role focuses on estate planning, elder law case management, and client support in a collaborative, small-firm environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs)
- Manage elder law and Medicaid-related cases
- Assist with probate filings and e-filing
- Communicate directly with clients and coordinate case details
- Maintain records in our CRM (Lawmatics experience a plus)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of estate planning and/or elder law experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Personable, client-focused, and eager to grow
- Probate, e-filing, and Lawmatics experience a plus (not required)

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate planning and/or elder law
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with Lawmatics CRM
- Familiarity with probate administration
- Experience with Ohio e-filing systems
- Background in Medicaid or long-term care planning
Work Schedule
- Full-time position (35–40 hours/week)
- Flexible option: 35-hour workweek strongly considered
- Hybrid schedule with remote work on Fridays
- In-office presence required Monday–Thursday
- Work hours 8:30am to 5pm

Pay: $58,500.00 - $72,500.00 per year
