Entry Level Dispatcher Needed:
We are an established Heating and Air Conditioning company located in Alexandria VA. This full time position will cover a variety of daily tasks and functions. We need someone with a fantastic positive attitude that truly enjoys talking to, and cares about people!
In addition to, answering phone calls, scheduling and dispatching technicians, responsibilities will include, a variety of data entry, analysis, and report generation.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Schedule and follow up with our customers in a timely manner. Make outbound calls to schedule service and solicit customers for future business. Coordinate dispatching technicians to jobs in an organized manor. Working with your fellow dispatchers to fill schedules. Prepare letters and documents. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
Required Skillset:
Excellent personnel and customer communication skills- Demonstrate patience and professionalism in assisting callers. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong problem solving skills with a genuine desire to go above and beyond for the customer. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel a plus. Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasking self-starter.
Good attendance record and adherence to schedule is essential
Available to work on Saturdays
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
