Duties

- Assist in menu planning to create innovative and appealing dishes.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food handling safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, and other cooking tools.
- Help with meal preparation by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and portion sizes.
