Bee Balm Learning Center is currently hiring a part-time or full-time Substitute Teacher! This position is perfect for someone who values flexibility while still maintaining a consistent weekly structure.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Work a combination of 5-hour shifts:
- Morning: 7:30am–12:30pm
- Afternoon: 12:30pm–5:30pm
- Choose between 20–40 hours per week by building your own schedule.
- Schedules must be submitted each Friday to the Director for the following week.
- The primary responsibility includes filling in for classroom teachers when they are absent, but you control your weekly hours within the required blocks.
This unique arrangement allows you to design a schedule that works best for your life, while still ensuring the needs of the center are met.
