Èlephante is hiring experienced Servers to join our team at our iconic Santa Monica rooftop restaurant.
Èlephante is known for its high-energy atmosphere, coastal Italian cuisine, and one of the busiest dining rooms on the Westside. Our team delivers exceptional hospitality while executing at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for servers who are confident, polished, and thrive in high-volume restaurants while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience and teamwork.

Minimum 2 years of high-volume serving experience

Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven restaurants strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails

Ability to stay organized and composed during busy services

Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor

Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest dining experience

Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently

Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations

Maintain strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and daily specials

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations
