In this role, you will coordinate end‑to‑end employment‑based immigration processes across the Americas, including new hires, transfers, extensions, amendments, permanent residence cases, H1B lottery filings, and RFEs, while partnering closely with employees, People and Culture teams, business stakeholders, and external counsel. You will serve as a trusted point of contact by providing clear, timely, and empathetic guidance, managing case data and timelines, supporting compliance activities such as Labor Condition Applications and documentation, and assisting with cost estimates and business approvals. Beyond day‑to‑day case execution, you will bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a flexible mindset to improving immigration processes and evolving the broader Employee Relations function, with opportunity to grow into areas such as Global Mobility and Employment Relations over time.
Salary range for this position: $72,000 - $115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
