Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated individual for the position of Deputy Director to assist in overseeing the Medina and Summit County Operations overseeing our DD programs. The Deputy Director will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the assigned counties including, but not limited to supervision, following a budget, staff training, programming, and a strong focus on meeting the services of the individuals we serve.
Experience
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines
- As well as 3 years supervisory experience with a minimum of 15 subordinates and 5 years of experience of working with DD individuals
