Now Opportunity: Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor
We hiring a Warehouse Supervisor who is bilingual English-Spanish. The ideal candidate, has at least 3 years of warehouse supervisor experience in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to take on more responsibility while growing into an operations-focused career path. Location: Philadelphia, PA
Annual Salary: 55K-60K depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment
- Supervise warehouse team to ensure adherence to company procedures and customer requirements
- Care for and properly operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, and compactors)
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Accurately and timely prepare and load orders for shipment
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying accuracy of items received
- Properly tag products received while closely monitoring inventory levels
- Restock and organize inventory
- Work independently within established procedures and lead tasks
- Collaborate with other internal departments such as Order Processing
- Make recommendations for new procedures
- Assist with other projects as assigned by Operations Director
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- High School diploma or GED required. Some College preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in shipping and receiving practices
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Knowledge of inventory transactions inside of computer-based systems
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, including a forklift
- Ability to read and follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance
- Ability to operate computers and warehouse management computer software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable and detail-focused
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends when needed
