Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Local/Travel Contract
Location: WEST VIRGINIA
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Shift: Days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) & Night
Schedule:
1. Saturday, Sunday, Monday
2. Sunday, Thursday, Friday
3. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
4. Thursday, Friday, Saturday
5. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Job Requirements:
· Active CNA Certification
· Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
· Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
· Ability to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
· Experience monitoring and documenting vital signs
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
Responsibilities:
· Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting
· Monitor and record vital signs and resident observations
· Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
· Maintain accurate patient documentation
· Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
· Follow facility policies, HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards
· Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
