Ethereal Wellness SD is a growing wellness clinic focused on helping clients feel confident, supported, and empowered in their health and wellness journeys. We currently specialize in non-invasive laser body contouring with invisa-RED® and PEMF therapy, and we are excited to continue expanding our services in the future.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Medical Assistant or Wellness Treatment Assistant to join our growing team!
Position Overview
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to be part of a growing wellness clinic. You will help create a welcoming experience for our clients while assisting with treatments, client education, appointment flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
As Ethereal Wellness continues to grow and add new services, there may also be opportunities to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients throughout their appointments
- Help administer and oversee non-invasive wellness treatments, including laser body contouring and PEMF therapy
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use
- Assist with client intake, measurements, progress tracking, and documentation
- Educate clients on treatments and help answer general questions
- Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Support the team with daily operations and other clinic needs
- Learn new services and treatment protocols as the clinic expands
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, personable, and comfortable speaking with clients
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Interest in wellness, aesthetics, body contouring, or health-related services
- Willingness to learn new treatments and grow with the clinic
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Flexible availability is preferred
Medical Assistant education, degree, or certification is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates with relevant experience, a strong interest in wellness, and a willingness to learn.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule preferred
- Primary availability needed between 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Days and number of hours may vary based on clinic needs and client appointments
Pay
$18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
