HVAC Install / Service Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install / Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled, self-motivated technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and wants long-term growth opportunities.
Technicians will travel to customer sites as needed, primarily throughout:
- North Jersey: Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Union, Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon
- Central Jersey: Monmouth, Mercer, Middlesex
- South Jersey: Ocean, Burlington

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and install commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Work on boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Service water- and air-cooled systems
- Install and service water and gas piping systems and pumps
- Troubleshoot controls, outdoor reset systems, and related components
- Provide professional customer communication and job documentation
- Participate in emergency on-call service on a rotational basis (after-hours/weekends)
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience (commercial preferred)
- Strong experience with:
- Cooling towers and boiler systems
- Rooftop packaged units
- Heat pump systems
- Ductless mini-split systems
- Water- and air-cooled systems
- HVAC controls and outdoor reset systems
- Water and gas piping systems and pumps
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for service documentation
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage
