Nehalem Valley Care Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our full-time nursing team. As a Care Center RN, you will oversee resident care, lead our nursing assistants and CNAs, and serve as a vital link between our residents and their treatment plans. Oversee and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and CNAs

Assess residents to identify care needs, strengths, and areas for improvement

Administer treatments and transcribe physician orders

Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Assign staff breaks and ensure appropriate coverage

Ensure adherence to individualized care plans

Support and mentor team members as training opportunities arise

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
