- Center-based position with consistent Monday–Friday schedule
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Conducting assessments
- Developing and supervising treatment plans
- Parent training
- Mentoring and supervising RBTs
You will NOT be responsible for:
- Staff scheduling
- HR responsibilities
- Insurance chasing or billing disputes
Collaborative & Supportive Environment
- Corporate BCBA support and live training available
- Owners do not interfere with clinical decisions
- Robust Learning Management System (LMS) for ongoing staff training
- Company-paid initial SOS BCBA training (may include one week in Houston)
