Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Conduct assessments and monitor for changes in condition

Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team

Communicate clearly with residents, families, physicians, and staff

Maintain proper documentation following state and federal guidelines

Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate clinical interventions
-
Promote a supportive, respectful, and resident-focused environment
-
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
