The MBA Commercial and Corporate Finance/Strategy Rotational Program is a two‑year program based in Miami Florida designed to develop future leaders at Royal Caribbean Group with strong commercial and financial acumen
Participants will rotate across Commercial and Finance/Strategy functions gaining exposure to the core drivers of the business while working on high‑impact initiatives that influence company performance Rotations are designed to provide broad enterprise visibility hands‑on experience and opportunities to partner closely with senior leaders across the organization
Throughout the program participants receive structured onboarding functional training and ongoing development support aligned to their assignments The program offers regular exposure to executive leadership key decision‑makers across the brands and cross‑functional teams—providing unparalleled insight into how strategic commercial and financial decisions are made at Royal Caribbean Group
