About the Role

The Psychological Center’s structured 24/7 residential recovery programs, is seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. This is a 15-bed residential treatment program that serves transitional-age youth and young adults (TAYYA) and adults on their recovery journey.
What You’ll Do
The Clinician works closely with the Program Director and Clinical Director to ensure the effective delivery of clinical and programmatic services. Core responsibilities include:
- Conduct individual and group clinical sessions for residents.
- Provide supervision and support to direct service staff.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and all required documentation in compliance with HIPAA and BSAS regulations.
- Facilitate weekly case conferences to ensure coordination and continuity of care.
- Engage residents in treatment using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach that acknowledges gender identity and expression.
- Advocate for residents’ needs and link them to appropriate aftercare and community-based supports.
- Participate in on-call rotation for clinical emergencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or related field (required).
- Demonstrated experience in adolescent and adult substance use treatment, with strong understanding of recovery-oriented and developmentally appropriate interventions.
- Ability to conduct individual, group, and family counseling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced residential environment that operates 24/7, including holidays and inclement weather.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours as needed to meet program needs.

- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
