Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Screening
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with background screening, drug testing, and onboarding processes.
- Experience using an ATS or HRIS is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred.
