Under direct supervision of the Instrument Maintenance Supervisor, performs work requiring an intermediate grade of skill in the installation, inspection, repair, adjustment and servicing of electronic and pneumatic instruments. Performs related work as required.
Because the Authority has a primary responsibility to serve the public 24 hours a day an employee in this class is expected to work overtime as conditions demand, and may be required to accept overtime on short notice during emergency or unusual conditions and to perform essential work as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent, including or supplemented by courses in physics or the electrical trades and two years of experience in maintenance, repair and calibration of pneumatic, electrical and mechanical instruments and remote control equipment.
