Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Thriving Futures is a new small business in Douglas, Ga. We're looking to grow and would like to hire another BCBA. This position is a 1099 position. Hybrid - with mostly remote work. We do expect bi-monthly visits - minimum. You need to be located in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border. In this position, you will develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress and improve quality of life for the individuals and families you serve. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior analytic interventions grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Meet RBT supervision requirements.
- Complete documentation in timely manner set by admin.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong data collection skills to track behavioral progress accurately over time.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and patient assessment procedures.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and other stakeholders.

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
