We are a Powersports dealer carrying multiple brands including Polaris, Can-am, Seadoo, Ski-doo, Arctic Cat, Mercury, Yamaha, Bennington, Manitou, and more. Come work in a fast-paced environment with a great customer base and a team atmosphere. Store hours are Mondays 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm so schedule will vary.
Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF POWERSPORTS VEHICLES AND HOW THEY FUNCTION
Provide great customer service by accurately determining the needs of the customer as it relates to parts and service support
Work closely with the Service and Sales Departments to supply parts, accessories and any other support as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for our employees and customers.
Maintain the condition of company inventory, equipment and tools
Receive and fill telephone orders for parts customers
Fill customer orders from stock or locate & order available parts when the dealership is out of stock
Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to pre-arranged systems
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be organized, detail orientated and tolerate pressure
Above average computer skills including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, password management, internet navigation
