Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Drive company vehicles safely along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Conduct route driving efficiently, managing delivery schedules and maintaining timely service
- Perform heavy lifting and merchandise handling to stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure product availability
- Apply pricing strategies accurately while upselling additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, route logs, and inventory levels
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering lasting relationships
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is highly preferred
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and totals accurately
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during merchandising tasks
- Organizational skills to manage route schedules, inventory, and paperwork effectively
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous; military background is a plus for discipline and teamwork orientation
- Knowledge of route driving techniques and merchandising best practices

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,552.40 per year
