Job Description
Join our team as an Interiors Technician, where you will be responsible for the interior modification and upgrade of 737MAX and A330 aircraft for airline customers. Your role will involve removing seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment, inspecting and repairing installation brackets and related assemblies, and installing seats, galleys/lavs, and panels to complete heavy checks and modifications.
Responsibilities

Remove and reinstall aircraft interiors including seats, cabinets, sidewalls, and panels.

Inspect and repair installation brackets and related assemblies.

Install seats, galleys, lavatories, panels, and other interior components as required.

Complete heavy checks and modifications on aircraft interiors.
Essential Skills
-
4+ years of experience in aircraft interiors removal and installation.

Proficiency with tools and techniques related to installation, repair, upholstery, and cabinetry.

Possession of an A&P license or an Airframe license is highly preferred.

Experience with CO2 boxes, seats, and lavatory and galley installations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with 737MAX or other next-generation commercial aircraft is preferred.

Must have a minimum tool list attached.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Work Environment
Work in a large MRO hangar setting with the first week dedicated to training from 7am to 4pm, potentially finishing early on Thursday. After training, move to an assigned floor shift with options of 0500 to 1530 or 1530 to 0200. Schedules include Monday to Thursday, Tuesday to Friday, or Thursday to Sunday, with typically 10 to 20 hours of overtime available per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
