What You'll Do
Your day may include a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Create custom apparel using heat press equipment (training provided)
- Assist customers at the front counter and provide friendly customer service
- Help organize and prepare customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by vacuuming, breaking down boxes, emptying trash, and completing other light cleaning tasks
- Support the team wherever needed as business demands change

- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to stay organized and work independently after training
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet throughout much of the shift

- After 90 days, employees who can confidently perform the job independently will receive a performance review.
