Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director, HR Business Partner and Learning & Development for a direct hire opportunity in Irvine, CA. This role supports an evolving sales and operations organization within the real estate and property management industry, partnering closely with senior leaders to align talent strategy, organizational design, employee engagement, and sales enablement with business goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys both strategic advisory work and building scalable learning programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong HRBP expertise, proven Learning and Development experience, and the ability to influence leaders while delivering practical people solutions that support growth, performance, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Sales and Operations leaders on performance management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and annual HR cycle deliverables, including performance, merit, bonus, and compensation planning.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, ramp, upskilling, sales readiness, leadership development, and operations training programs.
- Build manager toolkits, workshops, playbooks, coaching resources, and self-service learning content to improve leadership effectiveness and employee performance.
- Support organizational change initiatives related to sales segments, territories, compensation plans, operating rhythms, and business transformation.
- Use people and business data, including attrition, engagement, ramp time, quota attainment, internal mobility, and performance outcomes, to measure program impact and guide decisions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $175,000 to $190,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Eligible for an annual performance bonus and/or commission, as applicable.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan with a company contribution equal to 25% of eligible employee contributions.
- Unlimited PTO.
- 12 paid holidays.
- In-office Monday through Thursday, hybrid on Fridays.
- Approximately 25% travel.
