Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmers and an experienced Lead Trimmer to join our cultivation team. This role is responsible for post-harvest processing, ensuring product quality, consistency, and efficient workflow.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where speed and precision both matter.
Cannabis Trimmer Responsibilities
- Trim, manicure, and prepare cannabis flower to company standards
- Remove excess leaves while preserving bud structure and quality
- Maintain consistency in appearance, weight, and finish
- Identify and remove stems, seeds, or subpar material
- Accurately track daily output (weight and productivity)
- Follow sanitation and compliance protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Previous trimming or cannabis experience preferred (not required for entry-level)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
- Repetitive hand movements for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a production environment
