Immediate opening for full time senior service technician- minimum 3-years previous experience in HVAC residential heating and cooling.

Requirements:
- 3 Year of in field HVAC Service Technician Experience, is a MUST!
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and parts: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance: Conduct seasonal inspections, cleanings, and tune-ups to ensure systems operate efficiently and prevent future breakdowns.
- Diagnose system issues: Utilize testing tools and problem-solving skills to identify mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers: Explain technical issues, provide repair options, and offer advice on system upgrades or energy-efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Follow company policies for safe and proper installation and repair procedures.
- Document service work: Complete detailed reports on services performed, including diagnostics, parts used, and follow-up recommendations.
- Stay updated on HVAC technology: Participate in continuous training on new equipment, techniques, and regulatory requirements in the industry.
- Handle customer service calls: Respond to emergency repair calls promptly and provide professional service.
- Assist with technical support: Support other service technicians on team with diagnostic support and assistance troubleshooting when necessary.
- Maintain tools and company vehicle: Keep equipment in good working condition and ensure vehicle is stocked with necessary parts and supplies.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
