Job Title: Blueyonder WMS Functional Consultant

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to support warehouse management operations in Memphis Tennessee or a nearby area
The ideal candidate should have strong handson experience with Warehouse Management Systems and deep functional knowledge of warehouse operations including inbound outbound inventory returns and 3PL coordination
This role will work closely with business stakeholders warehouse operations teams IT teams and thirdparty logistics providers to understand requirements support daytoday warehouse execution resolve issues and drive process improvements
Key Responsibilities
Act as a functional SME for WMS processes across receiving putaway replenishment picking packing shipping cycle counting inventory adjustments and returns
Interact with business users warehouse teams IT teams and 3PL partners to gather requirements analyze issues and provide practical solutions
Support WMS configuration process design testing implementation enhancements and production support activities
Translate business requirements into functional specifications process flows test scenarios and operational documentation
Participate in workshops with business and operations teams to understand currentstate processes and recommend futurestate improvements
Provide handson support for warehouse execution issues including root cause analysis issue resolution and coordination with technical teams
Support integrations between WMS and related systems such as ERP OMS TMS carrier systems automation systems and 3PL platforms
Assist with UAT regression testing golive readiness cutover support hypercare and postgolive stabilization
Monitor operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy order cycle time picking productivity docktostock time and shipment accuracy
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency system adoption and operational performance
Required Skills and Experience
10 to 15 years of overall experience in warehouse management logistics supply chain systems or WMS functional consulting
Strong handson experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan Blue YonderJDA SAP WMEWM Oracle WMS Infor WMS or similar systems
Deep understanding of warehouse operations 3PL processes inventory management distribution center operations and order fulfillment
Experience working directly with business users and warehouse floor teams to support daytoday operations and resolve functional issues
Good understanding of inbound and outbound logistics RF transactions barcode scanning labeling wave planning allocation replenishment and shipping processes
Experience preparing functional specifications process documentation SOPs test scripts training materials and support documentation
Ability to analyze production issues identify root causes coordinate with technical teams and ensure timely resolution
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business IT operations and 3PL stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced warehousedistribution environment with a strong handson approach
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting highvolume distribution centers retail manufacturing medical devices consumer goods or logistics environments
Experience working with 3PL providers and external warehouse partners
Knowledge of SQL reporting dashboards data extracts or reconciliation processes is a plus
Experience with WMS implementations rollouts upgrades enhancements or support transition activities
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Information Systems Engineering Business or a related field

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $95,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
