Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Wound Care
Location: Rutland, Springfield, St. Johnsbury & Bennington, VT
Schedule: Part-Time | 2 Days per Week
Estimated Earnings: $75,000–$95,000+ annually , based on patient volume and procedures
MedStaff Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time wound care opportunity covering skilled nursing facilities throughout Vermont.
The provider will cover facilities in Rutland, Springfield, St. Johnsbury, and Bennington and must be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory.
Position Highlights
- Part-time – 2 days per week

Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of solo/independent practice experience
- Vermont license or ability to obtain one
- Comfortable traveling between all assigned facilities
Providers receive comprehensive wound care training, including self-guided education, webinar training, and hands-on clinical training tailored to their experience.
