We’re are currently seeking dedicated Event/Banquet Servers who are committed to exceeding expectations to enhance our membership's dining experiences.
Event Servers are responsible for everything involved with the set up and break down of the event.
Part Time /Full Time
Pay : $14.00
REQUIREMENTS:
·Ability to lift & move numerous tables & chairs, as well as, being able to hold heavy trays of glassware/dishware up to 50lbs also must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
· Commit to flexible hours (meaning having OPEN availability) involving very late nights, all weekends, and EVERY HOLIDAY.
· YOU WILL NOT HAVE A SET SCHEDULE - Events can be booked as early as 7:00am and Events can end after 2:00am
Responsibilities:
Before Event Day:
- Moving tables & chairs in place.
- Putting linen on the tables.
- Making silverware set ups tailored to that event and placing them out on tables.
Day of Event:
- Making beverage stations - (Knowing how to make Tea and Coffee, cutting lemons, creating wrapped ice barrels.)
- Watering tables before guests arrive.
During the Event:
- Responsible for providing beverage service to guests.
- Delivering correct food to assigned tables.
- Clearing dirty plates from table.
- Getting any items your tables need throughout the event.
Break down of the Event:
- Clearing all leftover glassware, plates, trash from tables.
- Removing dirty linen.
- Reset the rooms for the next event.
All Event Servers will Cross-Train in multiple positions
-Host
-Food Running / Bussing
-Pool Server
-A La Carte Server
-Bartending (age dependent)
*All of these positions have a different pay rate
