Powell Valley Assisted Living & Memory Care is a beautiful community located in Gresham. We serve Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Our mission is delivering the highest standard of service, promoting the health and happiness of both residents and staff while treating each person with dignity and respect.
We are actively seeking experienced, compassionate and dedicated medication technicians who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
Immediate full-time openings for ( Day, and Swing ) shifts in our Assisted Living
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Medication Technicians assist residents in administering physician ordered medications and treatments and record it accordingly with Oregon Regulations; also assisting caregivers in resident centered tasks.
- Respond to resident needs, requests and emergency calls
- Accurately document services provided
- Follow HIPPA guidelines
- Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working with seniors
- Work independently, as a team member and take direction
- Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
- Able to pass a background check
- Be First Aid/CPR certified (or able to obtain with 30 days of hire)
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Must have or obtain, Pre-Service Dementia Care Training
SCHEDULE
Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Swing Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
