A Brief Overview
The Senior Wealth Advisor delivers comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients resulting in fee revenue for the Bank. Builds the business through attraction and retention of targeted clients. Serves as relationship manager for client agency accounts. Administers trust accounts where the financial institution acts in a fiduciary capacity. Leverages advisory experience to handle largest client load and most sophisticated clients. May serve as relationship manager delivering retirement plan solutions to businesses and not-for-profit organizations. May also serve as a registered Financial Consultant through our Broker/Dealer, LPL Financial, LLC.
What you will do
- Develops business.
- Manages client relationships.
- Manages one of the larger books of business within AMTS.
- Establishes appropriate investment strategies to meet client objectives.
- Delivers investment performance information to clients.
- Develops internal and external referral sources.
- Reviews and interprets trust documents.
- Completes regulatory account reviews.
- If also serving as a Financial Consultant:
- Maintains registrations in good standing.
- Meets continuing education requirements.
- Fulfills other activities and duties in order to meet the requirements of a "dual employee".
Other Qualifications/Requirements
- Trust Accounting Software a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree Finance and minimum 5 years Financial Advisor preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master’s Degree Business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Financial Planner-CFP Board preferred.
- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
