Northwest Exterminating is growing and looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Sales Representative to help homeowners protect their homes with industry-leading pest management solutions. This field-based role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, educating homeowners, and delivering customized pest management solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Meet with homeowners to inspect properties and identify pest concerns
- Recommend customized pest control solutions based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Manage customer information, appointments, and sales activity using mobile applications and CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while providing outstanding customer service
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (required)
- At least 2 years of pest control industry experience preferred
- Pest control sales experience strongly preferred
- Current pest control license preferred (or the ability to obtain one, if applicable)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, mobile apps, and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
