About the Role:
The Beverage Manager serves as the in-house beverage expert, actively engaging with guests through service, making thoughtful recommendations, gathering feedback, and supporting and leading the service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Beverage Manager is also responsible for leading all aspects of beverage program creation, purchasing, inventory management, and cost control, ensuring the program is both high-quality and financially sustainable.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience managing a high-volume, quality-focused beverage program

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail development, and modern mixology techniques

Familiarity with POS systems, inventory systems, CTUIT, OpenTable/Resy

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning and growth
