About the Role
The Senior Federal Sales Account Manager – Intelligence Community (IC) is responsible for driving strategic growth for Everfox across one of its most critical federal customer sectors. You will lead sales efforts within IC accounts, develop new business, expand existing relationships, and represent Everfox as a trusted industry partner.
This role requires deep familiarity with the Intelligence Community’s acquisition processes, strong technical and cybersecurity knowledge, and a proven track record of managing complex deals within highly secure environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute detailed prospect and customer account plans in collaboration with partners, U.S.-based Systems Integrators, and internal leadership.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas within Intelligence Community accounts.
- Manage and successfully close complex sales opportunities across IC organizations.
- Bring current or prior experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or Enterprise Sales Executive supporting IC customers.
- Maintain strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and solutions; cybersecurity knowledge is essential for this role.
- Demonstrate the ability to close complex IC deals, including those completed within the past two years.
- Use Salesforce effectively to maintain accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and pipeline progression.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Federal marketplace; maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of key projects, initiatives, and drivers within the IC.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key IC stakeholders; collaborate closely with the Global Governments team both locally and globally.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales Engineering, Capture, Business Development, and Channel Partners to advance strategic deals.
- Navigate existing accounts to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Leverage existing relationships with Federal Systems Integrators and Channel Partners to accelerate deal closure.
- Perform additional duties as assigned; travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
- Maintain active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
Key Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of Federal acquisition vehicles, contracting processes, and IC-specific procurement practices.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals of varying size and complexity within highly secure and classified environments.
- Ability to work with key channel partners that serve the Intelligence Community.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and disciplined pipeline management.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across technical, executive, and mission‑focused stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Significant experience working internationally with government customers in target regions.
- Deep understanding of Federal acquisition processes and contract structures.
- Recent experience closing complex deals within the Intelligence Community (within the past two years required).
- Ability to obtain and maintain all work authorizations required under U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between:
$289,700.00-340,000.00 USD
The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
