- No nights, no weekends. Monday–Friday, 8-hour days.
What You'll Do
- Guide clients through the full design and selections process — flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, countertops, and surface materials — with support from leadership and project management
- Develop cohesive design packages and lead client presentations and selection meetings
- Coordinate sourcing, showroom visits, vendor communication, pricing verification, ordering, and delivery tracking
- Conduct site visits to verify installation quality and maintain design integrity
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve field conditions and keep projects on schedule
- Maintain organized project documentation within company systems
- Support professional project photography and portfolio development
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of interior design experience in residential remodeling, renovation, or design-build (not commercial, not new construction)
- Demonstrated experience managing kitchen, bathroom, or whole-home remodeling selections
- Strong client-facing presence — you're comfortable leading a room and building trust with homeowners
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously without dropping details
- Highly organized, with strong documentation habits
- A portfolio you're proud of
