NURSING LPN & RN
ATTENTION New Nursing Grads, if you are looking for something different in health care and are interested in a residential facility for adults with Developmental Disabilities, in a unique opportunity to use your skills in Long Term Care, then consider Luther Home of Mercy which is located in Williston, Ohio, (approximately 7 miles east of the former Woodville Mall area). We are a Christian based organization supported by numerous Lutheran programs. Our campus setting has eight (8) unique residential homes, serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Luther Home of Mercy is dedicated to assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living the life they choose. Established in 1928, our organization provides a comprehensive range of supports to meet each individual’s needs.
What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate care, administer medications and treatments
- Assist with emergent and other resident issues
- Provide detailed reports during the overlapping shift change to the next nurse
Hours & Pay: hiring for part-time & full-time positions
· 2nd Shift (2:00p-12:00a)
· 3rd Shift (11:00p-7:00a)
· LPN starting pay $28.00/hr.
· RN starting pay $33.00/hr.
· Pay differentials: 2nd & 3rd Shift & Weekends
· Must work every other weekend
$3,000 SIGN-ON-BONUS
What We Need from You:
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Sensitivity to the needs of residents
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to focus, multi-task, work independently and as part of a team
What We Require:
- Ohio LPN/RN license
- Ability to pass a BCI check, drug and alcohol/physical check
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
