We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused AT&T Retail Associate to join our growing team. As the face of the brand, you will educate customers on wireless, internet, and technology solutions while helping them find products and services that best fit their needs.

AT&T Retail Associate Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a retail environment to create a welcoming experience
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and technology products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions that provide value
- Assist customers with new accounts, upgrades, device options, and service inquiries
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strong customer interactions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain attention to detail
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and overall store presentation
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Stay current on AT&T promotions, product launches, and service offerings
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive store success
AT&T Retail Associate Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Ability to learn new technology products and explain them clearly to customers
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in sales
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with merchandising tasks

Pay: $68,741.61 - $76,142.12 per year
