Duties
- Operate digital printing equipment with precision, including large-format printers and CNC machinery, to produce vibrant, accurate prints.
- Manage prepress processes such as file preparation, color management, layout design, and typography adjustments to ensure optimal print quality.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to detect and correct color discrepancies, misalignments, or defects.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing machines and CNC tools to maximize uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite to review and prepare files for printing, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Set up and operate flexo presses and other manufacturing equipment for specialized print jobs.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety standards; operate forklifts when necessary for material handling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in screen printing, digital printing, or related manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of prepress workflows, color management techniques, and layout design principles.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for file editing and preparation.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery, flexo presses, machining processes, and typography fundamentals.
- Ability to perform quality control inspections accurately and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts for material movement within the facility.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
