Director of Sales – Remote | High-Performance Inside Sales Team
BrioDigital has a client seeking an elite Director of Sales to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing remote inside sales team dedicated to helping U.S. veterans obtain benefits and services they have earned through their military service.
This is not a maintenance-management position. We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who can drive performance, increase close rates, hold sales professionals accountable, and build a winning culture.
The sales process is fast-paced and primarily a one-call-close environment. Success in this role requires strong coaching ability, call review expertise, leadership presence, and a relentless focus on results.
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY
Base Salary: $100,000 annually
Performance Bonus: Up to $150,000 annually based on achievement of revenue and performance objectives
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000+
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-Based)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote inside sales team
- Monitor and review live and recorded sales calls daily
- Improve close rates through hands-on coaching, accountability, and performance management
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and team training meetings
- Drive KPIs, conversion metrics, pipeline management, and revenue growth
- Establish and enforce sales processes, standards, and best practices
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent
- Build a culture of urgency, accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with executive leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals
- Lead by example and inspire peak performance across the organization
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven success leading inside sales teams to exceed revenue goals
- Strong background in high-volume, one-call-close sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to improve team performance and increase conversion rates
- Exceptional coaching, leadership, and motivational skills
- Experience reviewing sales calls and implementing performance improvements
- Strong executive presence with the ability to earn respect and drive accountability
- Excellent communication skills with both front-line sales teams and senior leadership
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in KPI and performance management
- Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Comfortable managing and leading remote sales professionals
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Call center sales leadership or contact center management
- Financial services, legal services, insurance, healthcare, or consultative sales environments
- CRM management, reporting, and sales analytics
- Building and scaling remote sales organizations
- Sales training and leadership development programs
