We are a small, one-doctor practice in Thornwood dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for cats and dogs. Our close-knit team is looking for a Receptionist/Assistant and a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our practice.
Experience or strong interest in veterinary medicine is a huge plus
Because we’re a small clinic, teamwork and flexibility are essential! Our staff members often support one another across roles, whether that means answering phones, assisting during appointments, or helping with procedures.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting clients and managing phone calls and scheduling
- Preparing vaccinations and medications
- Assisting the doctor with exams, surgeries, dental cleanings, and other procedures
- Safely restraining patients (up to 200 lbs)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and positive work environment
- Supporting compassionate end-of-life care for patients and families
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
