Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and resident's rights.
- Manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support in patient care and administration.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and ensure proper documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Ensure CPR certification and RN licensure are current among nursing staff.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.

Education/Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in California.
- Current CPR certification
- Must pass pre-employment back ground check and physical
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $93,500.00 - $115,000.00 per year
